Feeling very stressed and overwhelmed I booked an appointment with Jennifer to so something 'mindful'. She recommended accussage. I'd ofcourse had massage and accupuncture in the past but never the combination of the two.

Started having acupuncture a few months ago for anxiety I was sceptical as I did not know much about it but I was proved wrong.
Lynne is amazing. super friendly, made me feel very at ease. she was extremely sensitive attentive towards me and my issues, she spoke to me like person and not like someone just doing a job. I can’t praise this place high enough have had numerous sessions and will be continuing as it works
