I visited Marian for treatment a week after my gallbladder surgery. I was still restricted in my movement range, in pain, and the 5 puncture wounds needed attention too. A super gentle session (not a single needle inserted) left me feeling incredible afterwards.

When I go to Marian I often feel like a sealed, jumbled bag of jigsaw puzzle pieces. When I leave, I feel like Marian has found all the corner pieces and the edges for me. I also feel like the sky pieces are now separate from the grass and the reassembling process is set to be a hundred times easier.

I can’t recommend Marian highly enough or emphasise how radically gentler Japanese Accupuncture practice is.

Marian treated me for tightness around the chest after I had pneumonia. I also mentioned that I had high blood pressure. After examination Marian treated me with just one needle (!). I started feeling the relief during the session. What has been really surprising is that my blood pressure went back to normal. I have waited four weeks to see if the effect was permanent.
