I contacted Janina earlier in the year after a difficult few months personally. Having found myself in a bad place mentally, Janina helped me to look at things from a different perspective which allowed me think rationally again and work towards feeling myself again. My daughter has seen Janina on and off for a few years now. She suffers with anxiety and when times are bad we turn to Janina. A few sessions and she's back on track. Janina has a great way of explaining things to help my daughter understand why she is feeling like she is, that its completely normal and it will get better. This time round of seeing Janina, my daughter was like a different person after just one session. I'm so grateful that we have found someone that my daughter completely trusts to talk to. Everyone needs a Janina !

Janina is an absolutely wonderful counsellor. I think what sets Janina apart from other professionals is that she is authentic and not afraid to act like a real human. Some other professionals can be quite robotic and sound like they’re following a script, but Janina is always willing to be flexible with what we discuss and how we go about it. She is very sensitive with reading people and knowing what to say. A very genuine and understanding person to work with. I could not recommend Janina more.

I have been seeing Janina on and off for years now and not only has she been extremely accommodating to my coming and going, but also to me as a person. I have never felt an ounce of judgment or condescension when I come to her sessions. She has helped me navigate the toughest parts of my life and I’ve developed a more grounded and peaceful mind because of it. I’ll forever be grateful for how Janina has helped me over the years.

A very positive and calming experience on visiting Janina again after a break of a year . Able to pick up quickly on my re occurrence and is a great listener , making you feel you are not on your own with these worrying thoughts /feelings . Such an intuitive person and gave me such positive reassurances and many strategies to help me cope better.

I have been seeing Janina for counselling sessions for around 4 years now, I first started the sessions when I was in school and continued them after I left. She always made me feel comfortable and each session was always at my pace. I am so grateful I started going and cannot recommend Janina and actually counselling as a whole enough.
