I chose to start seeing Jane as after some research I found she had the expertise, experience and qualifications in the field. Having never been to see a counsellor before I was slightly apprehensive and wasn't sure what to expect. From the very first moment I met Jane I felt completely at ease and so comfortable.
Having recently suffered a bereavement, I felt I needed to talk to someone and Jane was just perfect. We have gone from this to trauma counselling, discussing things I never thought I would be able to discuss with anyone. This is all down to how Jane made me feel, I was able to open up about everything.
I cannot express how much Jane has helped me, I never thought I would feel so "light" and I now know how to deal with feelings and situations going forwards.
If you feel like you are going through something and need to speak to someone I cannot recommend Jane enough.

Jane is a wonderful counsellor who has been so supportive during a very difficult time in my life. I cannot express how grateful I am for her brilliant help. She has, quite literally, changed my life by enabling me to understand and deal with my problems. I would recommend Jane to anyone in need of counselling.

Jane has been hugely influential in guiding me through some very difficult times. Having sought therapy before for the same issues I have never found it to be particularly effective.

However, working with Jane has been a completely different experience. Her empathetic, supportive and caring attitude has allowed me to move forward positively despite my previous set backs.

I would highly recommend Jane and wouldn’t hesitate to return if life derailed me again she embodies everything a counsellor should be and more and I feel very lucky to have found her. 5 stars doesn’t seem high enough ?
