James invited me to take part in a 5 week revive course as a good will gesture as I had been mentally struggling with life and had a lot of struggles. As soon as I started I can safely say this was the best 5 weeks of my life. James broke down everything I needed to know in bite size chunks and helped me rediscover myself as a person who I'd lost briefly. Now I'm back to my confident self and I couldn't be any happier! I look forward to keep working with James and making myself a better person every single day!

I participated in James's 5-week Revive Course & that is exactly what it did... revive me! James was fantastic at equipping us with the right knowledge & tools & encouraging us to use our own past experiences to deepen our understanding of the course modules. The course was broken down into bite size modules with small activities and break outs to complete which I found really useful in putting my learnings into practice. I've definitely taken a lot on board and can feel myself using it daily! James, you were amazing! I can't wait to see what the future holds for your coaching career!
