I reached out to James for coaching to help with my business-related nerves and lack of self-confidence. Having met him at various business events, I knew he was the right person to speak with.

I took a class in astrophotography, invested in a telescope, and am now an active member of an astronomy group.

I approached James for coaching as a nervous and inexperienced graduate. I was struggling with public speaking, and felt under-qualified in my role. James had been recommended by various colleagues, and after our first initial session, I knew I had made the right decision. His structured meetings were excellent. By showing me how to appreciate the “small wins”, over a 2-year period I went from worrying about giving an update on a team call, to eventually leading and presenting projects to over 200 SMEs and senior stakeholders across my company.
