I have had around 10 Hypnotherapy sessions with Jamee, I went from having regular panic attacks to being able to know how to deal with my anxiety when it is flaring up using the strategies and coping mechanisms Jamee has shown me in stressful situations
I would highly recommend Jamee she is very kind and compassionate and puts you at ease straight away.
The hypnosis part of the session is extremely relaxing and it really helps to take away any worry’s or stress that is on the mind.

So a couple weeks ago I paid a visit to Jamee for help with an issue that I was having with my horse refusing to jump fences. Once my horse was no longer been able to be ridden the riding stopped and a big fear of any horse I rode took over that they was going to stop at the fence no matter what. Fear took over and it was effecting me that bad that I started to fall out of love with horses. This carried on for a matter of months if not close to a year. I had tried everything and nothing was working to overcome this fear of stopping. After a couple sessions with Jamee who was very flexible and she dedicated so much time towards helping me we have resolved it after only having two very effective sessions. Jamee helped me in thinking over my fear and I can happily say I enjoyed riding horses again and jumping especially allowing the horse to do its job and I no longer interfere. I would 100% recommend Jamee to anyone. I wish I did it sooner.

Jamee has absolutely changed my life, I had a huge phobia of doctors/blood so bad that I would faint. Jamee used CBT & hypnotherapy and it’s helped me tremendously, I can not recommend her enough!! Thank you Jamee x

Jamee is fantastic. She combines both her use of cbt and hypnosis in her treatment which gives an extra element to her treatment. Very relaxing environment and patient and caring. Recommend without reservation.
