I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and boxing frequently and as a result always have aches and pains all over. Usually I can live with this but they gradually started getting worse and affecting my mobility, so I decided to go and see Jade.

Jade easily finds the fine line between being professional but immediately making you feel comfortable with her bubbly and friendly personality!

She is clearly extremely knowledgable about the human body and was able to quickly pinpoint the areas causing me trouble, explaining exactly why and got straight to work using various techniques to loosen the knots.

After only one session my back already feels so much better, and I already have so much mobility back.

I would highly, highly recommend Jade’s services - I’ll certainly be going back regularly after such great results from only one visit!
