A good experience to start with then got very bad!

I was offered a free 500g jar as I forgot to claim my 20% off coupon off my 1kg purchase. 1kg jar arrived smashed and the honey was very strong almost tar-ry taste if that's a word. So they then proceeded to send me a replacement fair enough but I wanted to try a different honey but they had already posted the replacement. I then tried to return this one as I didn't like it they sent me the wrong return address and wouldn't even refund my money even though this was their fault. Very bad company I'd say

Bought their honey during Eid Bazaar at Trafford Centre. I believe they let us tasted different honey as a sample, just to convinced for purchase. At home we realized the honey doesn't taste the same, and shortly after it started to grow white mould inside the jar. Disgusting and very bad quality.
