Rakesh is amazing at what he does. I was recommended massage therapy to help release trauma and I am so glad that I went to Rakesh. We are so pleased to have found Rakesh. My husband's neck was so painful whilst on a few days away in York that we decided to try and find a massage therapist. Fortunately, Rakesh managed to fit us in the next day and, over two sessions, he really helped to ease the searing pain that my husband had been in and give him greater freedom of movement Rakesh has a very holistic approach to helping people and takes into consideration the whole person and subsidiary factors in his approach to getting to the root of the physical pain. I didn't have a massage, but I still came out feeling calm and rested just from having been sat in such a relaxing environment. Highly recommended. I've had mild back ache for years and didn't expect it to be resolved after one visit! I can now move freely, easily and without pain in my back. I have a more acute issue with neck pain and this will take multiple visits to address but I'm very confident in Rakesh's more than capable hands I can look forward to becoming pain free very soon. So glad I decided to put myself in the hands of a professional.

I’ve only had one treatment with Rakesh so far, but it’s the best money I’ve ever spent! He is such a kind, calm and intuitive person who really takes the time to listen to your individual needs and curate a massage for you. He always ensures you are comfortable too. He’s successfully eased my back pain and enabled me to have a straighter posture, but it’s also been such a transformative experience and I’ve felt able to talk about emotional problems that are leading to more stress in my body (either through tension or through using exercise as a stress release, which has caused muscle tightness). I’ve booked back in to ease out some of the deeper muscle knots and will be taking life a little bit easier in the meantime!

I have visited Rakesh several times now to deal with a muscular leg problem which effected my sleep and walking.
From the very first session noticed great improvement and the leg is now fixed.
I cannot recommend Rakesh enough to anyone in muscular pain or if a muscle is in spasm.
