I began seeing Vicky at the beginning of January 2023. I have been on a long journey. The support, understanding of my situation and mental health at beginning and how I have progressed over the last 18 months has been more than I could have expected.
I have found Vicky’s approach very beneficial and it has worked for me.
I have been able to manage my life and mental health much better.
I am still on my journey but now I have taken a pause as I feel able to cope on my own. The pause is valuable as if I need to see her again I know the door is open.
