My RTT session with Sheena has genuinely changed my life. Bold statement but entirely accurate. I knew I needed ‘something,’ some form of therapy or someone to talk to so I could make sense of why I was always on the defensive, why I always felt so little of myself and why I had little to no self confidence. What I didn’t want to do was effectively write a blank cheque to a therapist and not have a known end date to work towards (another character trait of mine…) so RTT sounded perfect, so I gave it a shot! Sheena’s claims on her website were true. You really can re-wire your brain after one session and listening to a recording each night for a month. It worked wonders, it made me remember who I was before all the toxicity of life corrupted my mind, and it gave me the tools to rethink situations, to put another spin on it and stop the spiral. I highly recommend RTT to anyone that just feels stuck, that thinks they need ‘something’ to help them. You’ll be a better person for it, of that I can wholeheartedly promise. Sheena, thank you.
