Would highly recommend inspired to change!
Victoria really helped me deal with my anxiety and learn how to cope with it. I have my relaxation recording which I listen to religiously and also found my own little coping strategies to help me deal with my anxiety. I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she has given me, even if it was just talking/ listening to me go on about my day! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

For one reason or another, I hadn't slept properly for a very long time, only getting a few hours a night and feeling absolutely exhausted. I had tried absolutely everything and was at the end of my tether. I'd struggle to get to sleep then would wake up and struggle to get back off for hours. After just a few sessions with Victoria I was sleeping through most nights or if I did occasionally wake up I could get back off straight away. Victoria helped me by giving me the tools to help myself. Months on, and I'm still doing really well because of the support Victoria gave. I honestly can't thank her enough.
