I basically paid around £100 a week. The therapy was supposed to be all sorts of things. What it ended up being was just me going on about difficulties I was experiencing and the therapist offering vague suggestions. I didnt feel liked or supported really. Didnt anyone else experience something like this? Perhaps you have to look like you are made of money in order to get any sort of real engagement

Insight therapy centre is an amazing place to visit for therapy and a whole host of other support services. It's safe, convenient and there's always ample parking. The waiting area is calm and welcoming the therapy rooms are a safe, calming and comfortable space. Julia and the team have renovated this property to the highest specification and it shines through in every finishing touch. The gardens are also beautiful and make a great stopping off point pre and post therapy for a moment if grounding or reflection.
The quality of service I've received from my psychologist is second to none. She's one in a million and I feel incredibly grateful to have found her.
The minute I walk through the door at Insight Therapy Centre, I feel like I'm home; I'm in a safe space, my sanctuary and I simply couldn't recommend it more highly.

Insight Therapy Centre is a welcoming, comfortable, safe environment. The lovely little garden with a path lined with beautiful lavender and fuschia creates a good first impression. Every room is modern and tastefully decorated. The waiting room also has refreshment facilities. It’s evident that the design of the therapy centre aims to help clients feel safe, which is at the heart of the therapeutic relationship.

The staff are friendly and personable. Everything is truly person centred with the clinical psychologist and psychiatrist both keen to ensure their approach and the wider team met my needs for a trauma Informed approach. Every interaction focuses on the client not service provision aims, which is exactly what a trauma survivor requires from all professionals.

I would highly recommend Insight Therapy Centre it’s a service other providers and the NHS could learn from.

Lovely building; the redecoration has given it a modern and calming atmosphere. Very welcoming sitting room with beautiful artwork and free coffee / tea facilities, tv and toilets. Spacious therapy rooms with lots of light and very comfortable furniture.
