The best money I have spent in years. I have had a bad back on and off for years, it had got to the point where I couldn't stand up without being in pain, let alone run something I love. Brad has worked his magic, he takes time to listen, understand the impact and then works on the areas. Brad makes you feel really comfortable. I am now running again and don't look like someone much older when I stand up!! Brad doesn't need a microphone and tiktok videos to show how good he is, his reputation is 💯🙂

Been seeing Brad since last summer as he was recommended by a friend. So glad I started! Brad knows his profession expertly and uses a variety of recognised and safe techniques in a very clean and tidy environment to keep my body in good working order. I have some problem muscular and joint areas which have really improved since seeing Brad. He also gives me exercises to do in my own time, through a user-friendly and polished online portal. Particularly like that Brad explains what he's about to do before doing so, therefore always feel totally at ease. In late February I suffered a severe impact injury to my right knee, preventing me from doing many things, including officiating in Non-League football. The injury was slowly improving but I decided to try and speed up the process by trying out an Innovate Injury Clinic a couple of miles from my home. After taking all my details in a 15 minute assessment, Brad worked on my knee with massage and acupuncture. That session certainly eased the discomfort and improved mobility, and I continued with Brad's suggested home treatment programme. Wanting to get back into football before the end of the season, I had two more sessions with Brad a couple of weeks apart, and by the middle of April I was ready to get back on the pitch. Brad's approach was totally professional, his knowledge exceptional and his treatment first class. I have no hesitation in recommending the IIC for injury treatment, and I would certainly go back there should I need treatment in the future.

I met Brad unable to run for more than 8 miles without serious Hamstring Pain. 8 weeks and 2 sessions with him later and I completed a 22 mile race up and down Snowdon without pain. His work in the clinic and advice for home physio did the trick remarkably quickly. Not the plushest clinic - but ultimately who cares when the Physio is so good?!

I have been treated for 2 different issues. Both times I have felt very confident in Brad's knowledge and understanding of the pains I've had. Treatment has been focused on resolving the specific issue. Everything was explained - why each manipulation was needed and what it would achieve. I was then sent a link showing me specific exercises to do, with videos, and with repetitions and frequencies clearly set out. I am very happy to have found Innovate Injury Clinic.

I’ve been seeing Ben for a while as I like to keep active, sometimes I have niggles or a tight back which he specifically treats, or he just gives me a general MOT! Ben is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes time to listen to fully understand what is wrong and in turn knows how to treat your particular issue. I regularly see Ben every 4 weeks and always walk out in a much better place, I will continue to have regular sessions as part of my lifestyle as attending Innovate Injury clinic definitely benefits my gym training and lifestyle.

Ben has been looking after me for 4 or 5 years now, I can’t rate him highly enough. Firstly he cured a foot injury that the best surgeon in the county couldn’t fix, then he’s put me back together again from various gym related shoulder problems and running related calf and Achilles problems. He has to take partial credit for all my recent 10k, half marathon and marathon PBs! From proper diagnosis of the problem to treatment, rehab and subsequent injury prevention both Ben and Brad really are at the top of their game.
