Carl is an incredible therapist, I’ve never felt so heard and accepted, it was a huge turning point in my life, where I finally felt ok, just as I am, and able to appreciate myself more. His empathy and warmth enabled me to feel able to be more open and his directness meant that I didn’t avoid uncomfortable feelings, but sad with them enabling me to process them as they needed, 100% recommend!
