Emma was brilliant in helping my daughter, who dances and had bad back pain, which was restricting some of her dance movements. Emma understood my daughter's needs as a dancer, and her sessions and advice were excellent and individually tailored, and helped her back recover, and ensured she was able to get through a very busy month of shows, a competition, and her A level exam assessment. Thank you very much - I definitely recommend Injury Active.

I've been working with Emma on back issues. From our first session, she was super friendly and really reassuring (Especially since I can be a bit of a worrier with anything health related).

She's given really realistic exercises that she took the time to explain and also followed up on email as well.

Already feeling much better after a few sessions and I know we're on the right track!

Great physio clinic by Zoe for my son’s hip injuries. Always very thorough and gave him good exercises for a swift recovery. All clinics followed with an email to remind him of his exercises. Many thanks.

I started training in October 2022 for my first half marathon which would have been on the 2nd of April in London. While training I started developing a constant pain on the left hip since the first km of every run. Looking at reviews i decided to book an appointment with Emma Benton at the IAC and she immediately found that my problem was caused by a sort of tendinopathy starting from the hip. She gave me exercises to do in gym and a plan for the training. Within few weeks the hip improved but I developed a slightly different pain, being more on the glute than the hip. Emma, with the description given by me, asked me to perform a simple exercise and immediately found out that I developed a sciatica pain as the glute pressed on the nerve. New set of exercises for the hip, the glute and new plan for the running which she was reviewing every couple of weeks. I went from not being able to run a single km without feeling pain to run that half marathon in less than 2 hours without feeling a single discomfort. Emma was brilliant, knowledgeable, prepared and a good listener, being able to change plan and to understand what my issues were. If I finished that half marathon was just thanks to her. Five star is the minimum that I an give.

I have been seeing Craig at Injury Active over the past few months to help me prepare for a marathon (and then treat a subsequent overuse injury!). He was recommended to me by a neighbour who spoke very highly of him; I can see why. Craig is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and encouraging. He is very thorough and skilled at zoning in on any area of concern, provides effective hands-on treatment and offers practical and compassionate advice. I am so grateful for his help and support, and could not recommend him more.

Emma did an amazing job in putting together an exercise plan when I had constant knee pain from an injury. She worked with me to find the source of the pain and the exercises she put together have strengthened my knee to the point where I can now run and climb again with no pain. I would recommend anyone with an injury get in touch with Emma and Injury Active to get back on track as soon as possible.

Jessica at Injury Active has been a great help to me in getting over a long-term injury I sustained training for my second marathon. I had spent about a year trying various things, unable to run or even walk a significant distance pain free. I decided it probably wasn't going to go away by itself and I needed professional advice. Jessica guided me through various exercises while slowly increasing my running load. I am happy to say I am now able to run consistently without being restricted by the injury. I highly recommend Jess and the team at Injury Active. Many thanks!

I have been using Craig at Injury Active Cambridge for around 3 years now, with all different issues from sporting injuries / gym and nerve problems that had been causing me pain and discomfort. Although nothing phased Craig and he was able to pin point the problems, help me through the pain then get me moving freely. Ive had pains throughout the whole body and I cannot thank him enough for the service he has provided, also a great guy and would highly recommend to any one!
