Karen’s sound baths are a truly wonderful experience. Everyone gets something from it every time. Karen is so very friendly and so skilled with her instruments too.From her beautifully calming voice and words you start the journey and travel through the various sounds to a place of relaxation. Had my first ever reiki session with Karen. I was a little unsure how it would go but she really put me at ease and I have felt much better since having this done.

Incredible treatments. Literally I felt like a new person after my acupressure massage and the reiki sessions are amazing. Also I can't recommend the sound bath meditations enough! Karen is down to earth, incredibly knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I can't recommend her or her treatments highly enough.

Would highly recommend Karen. She is very friendly and professional, very welcoming and treats everyone for their individual needs. Karen has helped me through two very difficult times in my life with reiki and the amazing soundbath. My treatments definitely helped me cope. I have regular sessions of reikki and Indian Head Massage. Karen is a very spiritual, calm and caring individual and will put you at ease immediately and speak with you regarding what she and you, may have felt or seen in your session. Very knowledgeable on crystals also and a lovely person!.
