I highly recommend going to see Tom Bedford if you are suffering from sciatica. I had considerable sciatica pain that came on suddenly and I didn't know how to manage it or what to do. Tom was very professional, respectful and empathetic. With his guidance and expertise my symptoms have really improved and I am on the way to recovery.

I have received excellent care at Iffley Turn Practice in the last year. Initially, I attended the practice with some of the normal back issues that plague all of us who sit at a computer for much of the day. This was the first time that I received treatment from Summeara Bedford and I was very impressed by how effective the exercises that she gave me to do on a daily basis proved to be. I lost the 'slump' and felt an inch taller after only a couple of months. So when I injured my left knee quite badly in the summer, I went to her. Despite consultations with a surgeon, an MRI and two X-rays, no one could tell me what I had done to make my knee so unstable, losing about 60% of its normal power. The person who worked out the precise injury turned out to be Summeara. She has the patience and the natural curiosity to ask questions, to keep examining my injury through her massage and then, at no extra cost, to write a detailed letter for the NHS musculoskeletal service in Oxford to read. As a result of her support, I have a key appointment in February, and, if an intervention is required, necessary surgery will go ahead. Without Summeara's thorough consideration of the nature of the injury, I would still be hobbling around without any idea of the exact problem. Summeara works closely with clients and has great insight into how our bodies work. Unlike many in the medical profession, she is a great listener. To my mind, she is healer.

I will continue to have sessions with her throughout the coming year.

I had two appointments with Ben Ousey, as I'd hurt my shoulder. After the first appointment the pain/discomfort improved considerably and, after the second appointment, my shoulder feels right as rain.

Mr Ousey is a very skilled practitioner and clear communicator - I was able to talk things over with him, which really helped me to keep track of developments in my treatment.

It's great to have someone of this caliber around! I would certainly recommend him.
