Claire is a gifted acupuncturist who has helped me on many occasions over the years. She is very knowledgeable and a delight to spend time with and the clinic has a lovely restful atmosphere. Recently I have had facial rejuvenation acupuncture which I feel has made a real difference and I absolutely love the facial massage that is included in the treatment. I thoroughly recommend Ian too he is a great osteopath and helped my sons sort out rugby injuries.

I came to Claire to primarily help with the side effects of chemotherapy; however, she has also provided invaluable support for various health concerns, including my sleep disorder and anxiety. She has significantly aided my recovery, and I consistently feel much improved following our sessions.

Acupuncture with Claire has always been fantastic. I have regular acupuncture sessions with Claire and I love them. I was skeptical at first about the process and the teachings, however, I have reaped benefits and definitely leave feeling relaxed. Claire is a brilliant acupuncturist. She treated me during a successful round of IVF (after many unsuccessful rounds) and was extremely supportive throughout the process. For a shoulder injury I sustained at a later date her treatment immediately reduced my pain and stopped it completely after a few sessions. On both occasions she was kind, professional and successful in the treatment outcomes I was hoping for. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Ian’s remarkably sensitive fingers quickly locate whatever muscular, nervous or skeletal problem is causing pain, and then just as quickly deliver the desired relief. Everyone I have recommended to him shares my high opinion of his skill.
Claire is the only acupuncturist in Sevenoaks offering Chinese practice, and deals with a wide range of issues. Her can-do approach gives strong psychological support, in addition to her expertise, in helping clients to deal with their symptoms. She is also a very experienced and effective masseuse.

I have been visiting Integrated Health for over 15 years and I honesty can't fault the place. I had previously visited a number of acupuncturists before meeting Claire but none were able to alleviate my symptoms. I initially was treated by Claire for hay fever which I had battled with for years. I was amazed at the outcome and since then have gone to Claire for various conditions all of which have been successfully treated. Claire is an extremely knowledgable professional who also happens to be a very caring genuine person. I highly recommend Integrated Health.
