At first i was quite unsure whether coaching sessions were the right thing for me yet i quickly realised after the taster sessIon this was exactly what i needed. I had been told by those around me that i needed to improve my social skills and how important they are for my future yet i didn't know where to start. Isra made me quickly realise that i had to understand my weaknesses before being able to tackle them and there wasn’t one simple thing that has to be done to become a confident person. We explored many themes and i begun to understand how my understanding of the world around me affects how i approach scenarios. This was especially effective as i was always a loud and confident child yet overtime lost confidence in myself. I very quickly was able to rewire my thinking and reduce the effect doubt had on my mind. This overall allowed me to express myself freely.

Whilst this course is a fantastic opportunity for those who struggled with the same issue as me, i also feel it would be very beneficial for those who just want to learn more about themselves and to be the best person they can be. Its also an excellent opportunity to learn more about human psychology. Isra is a very friendly and welcoming person which makes speaking to her about any issues very easy. I can truly say Isra has had such a positive impact on my life.

I started one to one sessions with isra and started her group course based on a really positive recommendation from a friend mid-lock down. I have to say that I was quite cynical about “life coaching” and didn’t think it would add value to my life and thought it would be quite gimmicky.
However, I’d like to report that working with Isra has been life changing and my views on life coaching have completely flipped which is a real testament to Isra.
Firstly, Isra is empathetic, easy to talk to and is equipped with diverse knowledge and expertise. I absolutely love her focus on NLP (she can tell you more about this), she supplements this with other approaches.

Secondly, I was initially worried that I’d have to implement arduous and long habits into my life to make a change, however what has surprised me most is that the practises and tools I have picked up are very minimal and there’s a lot of focus on how to adapt or improve your approach to existing life practices/ tasks.

Finally, I love the approach she has taken to equip me with tools for life. She hasn’t given me the answers but she has given me tools and knowledge to tackle issues head-on and has empowered me to be proactive by helping me shift my perspective. She has helped me with confidence issues, self belief issues, my working life, personal life!

After working with Isra my close relative has commented on how I have changed and how I have made a clear positive shift. Need I say more?! Thank you Isra x

I signed up mainly because I am very interested in self-awareness, and to be the best version of myself and that’s both for me and others around me.
Honestly this course is one the best decisions I have made in the last few years. The tips and lessons that I have learnt and have now become part of my daily schedule are priceless.
The way the course sessions are divided guides you smoothly on your own personal journey.
I have to admit I was slightly skeptical on how I would feel being on my own journey but within a group, however as the weeks went on I started to realise how much I have learnt from each and every experience that the ladies shared. And that I always felt a huge sense of support within the group. Thinking back now the journey and experience would not be the same without each and every lady in the group.
Last but by no means least Isra has honestly changed my vision and outlook on countless things that I am eternally grateful. She is so patient and such a great listener and I honestly feel I can saying that springs to mind in the session. I always questioned how someone can go to a life coach and talk to them openly. After meeting Isra I would absolutely see Isra and be comfortable being open and transparent about anything.

Isra has changed my life. I have more self confidence, self belief, and have curbed the negative self talk. My anxiety has lessened drastically and I’m always trying to see the good things in life. She’s helped to Instil small actions in me, but these ‘little’ things are so huge. I don’t think she even considered how drastically the tweaks could take effect in my life.

Life is still challenging, and whilst for years I tried to fix myself with exercise and nutrition, my mindset needed work within. I have come a very long way and couldn’t have done it without Isra. I wish I’d known about her after having my babies, I think a lot of issues Would have been resolved years ago.

Looking to unleash the power within can be a bit of a rollercoaster and I am ecstatic to have made the decision into signing up and completing the coaching course "Ultimate you", successfully. It has been an amazing journey containing valuable information that I will most definitely endeavour to practice. Only few weeks in and it has by all means transformed my perspective on how to live my life, achieve my goals and aim high.
I wasn't too keen on the idea of being coached in front of the group members however it was in fact and continues to be a very worthy and serviceable experience that I believe we are enjoying and benefiting from.
Israa's quality of teaching is exceptional and very thorough. She is very professional, has a wonderful personality and has passion for continious development therefore supporting & encouraging is naturally cultivated within her.
It has been a superb experience!
