Julie is fantastic. Can’t rate her help highly enough. I have tried many different things and my last resort was hypnotherapy. Julie has literally changed my life. I feel like a different person. You can not put a price on mental health. I went in with an open mind and it worked. I would advise anyone who is struggling to give it a go. I can not thank Julie enough for the tools and support she has given me to make me the person I am today.

I initially reached out to Julie for help with emetophobia which was becoming more and more debilitating. However as a long term sufferer of generalised anxiety, on my first session with Julie I soon realised that she could help me with this as well. I had previously tried talking therapies for anxiety which were unsuccessful.

Julie’s guidance, advice and treatment changed the way I felt about my mental health completely and from the first session I felt understood and at ease. Within a few sessions I saw a positive change to my mental health.

Seeing Julie has changed my life and was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for the help she has given me. Thank you!

Had my first session with Julie to help my son with a few ongoing issues he is having. Even after the first session with the way she treated my son and explained why he was having the problems he was having he has already started improving in his behaviour and getting back to be the lad he once was.

Julie has managed to achieve in one session for than what a therapist achieved in 8+ sessions.

Can not recommend Julie enough, thank you again Julie

Julie is a gifted therapist, with a dedication to helping others to resolve their issues towards a happier, more harmonious life. She has a fabulous way of putting you at ease and has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom at her fingertips. Pre session and post session I felt completely different and I found the speed and efficacy of BWRT to be quite remarkable. I had BWRT, and after this didn't do anything for my apparently, (100%) treatable phobia, I was offered advanced BWRT, which to me, was the same technique and delivery. Very weak and completely inappropriate. The hypnosis was from the same workbook. I found the whole experience fruitless and frustrating, as the talk was talked and I bought it. I have a fair experience of therapies and hypnoses. I will remember this one for the wrong reasons.

From my first meeting with Julie I knew she would be able to help me with all my complex problems. She never judged me and I felt completely at ease. I can honestly say I completely opened up for the first time in my 66 years and let everything come out. I honestly didn’t think anyone would be able to help me, but Julie has got me over 2 major issues and I feel like a new person. While seeing her I had another distressing incident, and Julie got me through giving me confidence and my self esteem back. The hypnotherapy is so relaxing and you come out of her session feeling as if you could overcome anything. I was seeing Julie fortnightly, weekly and then monthly for over a year and I know I can never repay what she has given and done for me that no other therapy ( and I have had a lot) has.
