Can't recommend HVtherapy enough. I had been dealing with daily anxiety and a negative self-image for many years. I had weekly session for about 3 months and I can now mange my anxiety to a point I don't notice it in my day to day life and bigger issue I am able to work through and break down so I can takle them.

Initially I was very sceptical about this sort of therapy but I was struggling to get a good nights sleep and often getting up in the night to read or make a cup of tea. My days were then difficult as I was tired and less able to cope with everyday problems. After a few sessions with Hilary it gave me the tools that enabled me to overcome my inability to sleep through on most occasions and now it is rare for me to feel the need to get up at all. A valuable lesson learned also in trying things that you are not sure about.
