I’ve been seeing Steven for sports massage for the last year. He is extremely patient and effective. I have a series of issues brought on by injury over the years and without treatment I wouldn’t be back in training. He’s especially knowledgeable about the effects of sport (rowing in particular) v the sedentary office work and I always leave with tips and follow up on stretches to help keep everything in check. Enthusiastic to recommend him!

My body always feels much looser and more mobile the day after seeing Stephen and he is really helpful in giving advice for stretches/exercises that will help keep me mobile or improve weaknesses I have.
