First time I used them and they gave me the wrong dosage prescription. Second time, only half of the actual prescription.

Maybe if they prepared prescriptions when they get them, rather than when someone turns up - they'd had both a week - it would save them bother in the long run. Then again, we're dealing a paper, pen and basket operation here.

Dropped off the repeat prescription, it can get busy so prepare yourself for a wait. Street parking available outside.

Pleased with the quick and friendly service and I was not left waiting long for my prescription that had just been prescribed at the surgery. However, the lady at the till (while trying to be friendly and conversational) said out loud the problem I was suffering from for no reason at all. It was nothing embarrassing, but I think this is unprofessional; people don't want everyone in the room knowing what their problem is, and that information should be confidential.
