I have battled with symptoms of PMS/perimenopause for a couple of years and started with an appointment with Sarah in August 2022 in the hope of getting some help with rebalancing my hormones and coping with the debilitating symptoms I was experiencing. I really had hit a low point and having had some success with homeopathic treatments before I was keen to give it another try but with more person centred approach. Expectations were clearly laid out from the outset by Sarah although it takes a little while to get there with natural remedies, I’m pleased to say my symptoms are now minimal and I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time. Sarah takes a holistic approach to her treatment plan and adjusts it when needed. If anyone reading this is struggling with female hormone imbalance then I can honestly say that this has been the best decision I have made. My skin, hair, energy levels, weight, moods, pain, bloating and water retention have all improved since I have been having my appointments with Sarah. Thank you ☺️

Our son presented with severe eczema which had covered most of his body, in particular his torso. Having gone through multiple creams and OTC solutions, our friend recommended homeopathy with Sarah. During our initial consultation, Sarah took the time to thoroughly understand our boy’s history. Although the sessions were over Zoom due to Covid, we really felt like Sarah was *listening*, and that showed when even months later she was referring back to her notes and things we had said. Sarah prescribed remedies not only to deal with our son’s eczema, but also other niggling issues like teething and sleep. After the initial course of treatment, the eczema improved but it still lingered to a more moderate degree. It was still enough to frustrate him on a daily basis and instead of upping the dosage, Sarah decided to try the same dosage again, coupled with a homeopathic cream which she had made. After a month of the second treatment the eczema had almost completely gone. Another month later and you’d never know his whole torso was previously covered in eczema. We’re thankful to have had the chance to work with Sarah. Her calm nature really helped us get through an extremely stressful period. Homeopathy was an unlikely treatment for us and it’s important to understand that it’s not an immediate fix. We’re so glad that we stuck with it instead of chasing immediacy with endless pharmaceuticals.Thank you Sarah!

Having a consultation with Sarah has had such a positive effect on me. She listened and was able to offer suggestions of essential oil blends and homeopathy remedies to assist with my CFS and related sleep pattern difficulties.

Sarah is always quick to respond on email if I have a query and I would strongly recommend her to anyone in relation to troublesome symptoms. It’s been so nice to break away from over the counter assistance for my symptoms in favour of herbal/homeopathy suggestions instead.
