This was my first massage for many years, and it won't be the last. Ceri asked the right questions beforehand, and the massage itself was everything I had hoped: relaxing and responsive, heading into all the right places where the tension lodges. I would definitely recommend.

I received a wonderful healing massage yesterday from Ceri .
I found her to be professional and caring , holding the space for me to me to let go of the worries and challenges that I face right now . She was kind and compassionate and very patient as I felt the need to talk whilst she worked her magic on my tired body and mind .
She works very intuitively and adjusted the massage to give me just what I needed.
I walked away feeling lighter and a little bit more spacious.
She is very grounded and humerus too which really helped.
The venue was a bit tricky to find so give yourself plenty of time unless you know Lancaster well. I also felt a bit uncomfortable wearing a mask as I couldn’t breathe very well whilst sobbing! Ceri helped me make necessary adjustments to make me more comfortable which I appreciated and I coped better than I thought I would.
I will definitely be returning

The holistic massage session with Ceri was super relaxing, and it felt very caring and healing! My neck had been quite stiff, and it has been soft and pain-free since the treatment. Was also able to go to bed earlier the same night, still feeling deeply calm from the session! Last but not least, I so appreciate the precautions Ceri takes to promote infection prevention in her practice - as I'm immunocompromised, this allowed me to feel as safe as possible during the appointment. Ceri really goes the extra mile for her patients and is very considerate of individual needs. I'm very grateful for this experience! Definitely one of the highlights during our holiday trip in England ❤️ Thank your, Ceri!!

Holistyx / Ceri is great! I've been a client for several years now and won't be changing unless either Ceri changes jobs or I move away. It's always a great experience, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and - most importantly - Ceri is excellent at what she does. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu multiple times a week and so I'm constantly stiff and injured. I thought for a while I'd have to give up BJJ because of a shoulder injury, but a few sessions with Ceri cleared it right up. I highly recommend Holistyx!

I've had two massages now with Ceri and both have been excellent! The first completely got rid of the upper back and shoulder pain I had started to experience. This was 6 months ago and I haven't felt it since. The second was much more relaxing and luxurious and left me feeling delicious! Highly recommend.

Ceri is so skilled, and tuned in to what is best needed in a treatment.
I have been seeing her about once a month for a few months now and it's making a big difference as I manage fatigue health problems. She even eased my back pain!

Wonderful experience! Ceri came recommended, and I am not disappointed. Her website is clear on therapies available, and what to expect during a session. I really appreciate the time Ceri takes in taking a 'history' so that she can fully understand what I am experiencing in my body to really help tailor treatment to my needs. The environment is relaxed and Ceri's communication during treatment is informative and reassuring (but not obtrusive!). I am looking forward to my next session.
