First time I've ordered these candles, and I'm so happy with them. Having plant-based wax means we're not burning regular candles, which release petroleum fumes in our home! These burn clean and fresh and give a lovely feel. I also love that I can use my own candle holders for varied visual effects.

Small issues are that they come wrapped in a a thin film of plastic which cannot be recycled — I'd love it if they were wrapped in paper or another recyclable material. Also, they were packaged with small foam noodles, and I'm not sure if these are recyclable, either. *EDIT*: The supplier got in touch to let me know these are biodegradeable — great!

Sometimes the wick doesn't light or relight — I need to turn the candles on their side to burn down the wax around the wick for it to light properly. *EDIT*: The supplier explained that because of natural materials they may take a little longer to light. Easy to fix: just hold the match to the wick for longer!

I will order these again as I love having plant-based wax candles and ordering from a small company.

Received my order this morning ( would have been sooner but had to collect from post office).
Well worth the wait, the cards are chose are fabulous!
Unfortunately the dish on the soapstone incense burner was broken. But it hasn’t dampened my joy .

What a wonderful online shop! I bought several items from here and I can't thank them enough for the care that was taken to keeping my items safe in transit. The prices of the items are excellent, they got to me safe and sound and the delivery was way faster than I thought it could be. Ordered before 3pm and it got to me the very next day at 11am, not even 24 hours! I'm amazed and really happy with my order. They have a new, loyal customer, that's for sure. Would not hesitate to buy from again and I 100% recommend them.

Excellent service.
Received my product within a 2 days of ordering, which I think is pretty good for standard delivery!
My product was well packaged, in excellent condition and of a very high quality.
The price I paid including delivery was nearly half of what other sites were charging for the same product.
I would highly recommend this company and it will be the first company I will be using if I need anything else in the future.

Great products and excellent customer service!

I ordered relaxing bath oil for a present for a family member, unfortunately the parcel never arrived and it was assumed Royal Mail had lost it in the post (I know how common and frustrating this is for business).

I contacted Holisticshop and Mel was incredibly helpful and arranged a replacement for me which arrived the next day!

5* customer service and products. I’ll definitely be shopping here again! 🙂
