I was suffering with pretty bad anxiety to the point that it was really impacting my mood and I wasn't enjoy much in life. I had tried a lot of things to try and get rid of it and I was getting to the point of thinking pharmaceuticals was my only option. Then I found Lucia and acupuncture. I was a bit skeptical after trying so many things beforehand but I've had 3 sessions now and it's been absolutely life changing, even after the first session. The studio is so peaceful and Lucia takes the time to listen and understand what's going on, and put you at ease. I can now think about the future and enjoy day to day without anxiety taking over my life. I would 100% recommend her and acupuncture, thank you so so much Lucia!

Amazing experience with Lucia! She is very attentive and calming, guiding you through the experience. I have found the sessions very relaxing and interesting and have definitely seen great improvements in my overall health. Something interesting that she’s pointed out is how my left side of the body is much tighter than my right which is due to playing lots of golf. Part of the sessions have been trying to balance this out and it’s made a big different in how I feel during and after playing golf ?

Lucia at Holistic Hummingbird has helped me change my life. When I first visited, I was nervous and had chronic IBS which would prevent me leaving home. I came to Lucia for help with migraine and fibro pain, on the recommendation of family members.
