Wow! What an amazing experience. The best pamper/treatment I've ever had.

Shelina is an absolute wizard at her craft, intuitive with perfect technique. She left me feeling serene, pampered, connected to myself and so relaxed.

The treatment started with choosing the right essential oil for me (and it was gorgeous) and setting the mood before moving into the treatment itself. Within minutes my mind had rid itself of all thoughts and was replaced by beautiful visions and feelings. I then drifted into a deep relaxation state, probably about 98% asleep and 2% in that dreamy space between sleep and wakefulness. Bliss!

After treatment I was filled with feelings of being connected to my body in a way that's difficult to explain, but very beautiful.

Will absolutely be using Shelina again ♥️

I had Access Bars treatment with Shelina, which was an incredible experience. Shelina really is a beautiful soul. She is so warm and kind and very intuitive. I felt completely at ease in her hands. She explained everything in so much detail and checked in with a follow up message a couple of days after.
I feel like the experience has shifted something and I will be going back for sure! xx

A lovely relaxing, even emotional experience for me. Shelina was so good putting me at ease explaining everything that would happen during & afterwards
After my first Access bars session, I felt more at peace as if years of stored emotions had been released. I am looking forward more hopeful & positive.
Shelina followed up to make sure I was ok & gave more helpful advice to keep me going.

Shelina is a very caring, empathic therapist and I would highly recommend her. The Access Bars treatment she gave me was very professional and I felt safe, supported and understood throughout. I found it very relaxing and the guidance and aftercare advice I was given was very helpful and comprehensive. I feel the treatment has helped to shift me into a more positive mindset and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

I had the most amazing reflexology and healing with Shelina. It was much needed and so calming and grounding.
I really struggle to switch off and slow down and always find my mind either rushing a million miles an hour or drifting into endless other thoughts, but Shelina was able to channel hers and angel healing to give my body what was needed and calm me. I felt so at peace and so relaxed. Thank you so much. I can't wait to come again ?❤

Shelina is genuinely lovely. She has a bubbly positive energy and kind nature. Her smile is infectious.
When i first met Shelina, i had a brilliant massage.
This time I wanted an energy healing.
Shelina asked about me and after a quick chat she recommended 'access bars' treatment.
I have never had this before or heard of anyone else offering this.
It was really powerful. I felt the energy all over.
At times she put her hands on my head, palms, shoulders and feet, each time checking I was comfortable with this.
Shelina said it helps break old patterns and helps us reach our potential.
I had the 'access bars' treatment two days ago.
I feel differently emotionally and physically too.
I am much looser, my back was stiffer.
Shelina said the treatment carries on working after the appointment and she was very supportive. She messaged me the advice, so I could remember and said she's available for calls, questions, text chats.
I'm still feeling the effects and will know more in a week or so.
I would absolutely recommend Shelina for both conventional beauty treatments and healing treatments
