I always enjoy both my reflexology and massage with Tracy. I have been a regular for a while now and can highly recommend a visit.
I am always made to feel welcome and looked after.
Tracy’s treatment room is cosy and comfortable. It’s a real treat to be wrapped up in hot blankets and hot eye shades while enjoying a treatment. Tracy is more than happy to explain things and is always friendly and professional. 5 star treatments. Enjoy!!!

I’ve used Tracy for massage for about 18 months & more recently Reflexology too. I can’t recommend her enough. The room, towels, bed and smells are so relaxing it just adds to an already fabulous experience. Her touch is light but every time she gets me in that not sleep/not awake zone which is gold dust and a must for that ever important ‘me’ time.

I have been seeing Tracy for around 6 years now and she is the best massage therapist I have ever used. Tracy's method is very thorough, she takes her time and always succeeds in finding the deep knots. I usually have a back neck and shoulder massage but for extra relaxation I have also tried the lava shell massage which is deeply relaxing, and have also had a face and head massage which is also lovely. Tracy is fantastic at what she does and you definitely won't be disappointed with whatever treatment you choose.

I have had regular messages with Tracy which are relaxing and enjoyable. More recently I have been combining a back massage with Reflexology which has been hugely beneficial.
I first met Tracy at a yoga and massage workshop a few years ago, she straight away found the stress build up in my shoulders and worked wonders. I feel confident in Tracy's abilities and totally relax under her care.
