I was looking to find some clarity on my career and booked in 2 laser coaching sessions with Sandie. From my first interaction with Sandie I felt really supported and was so relieved I had a fantastic coach to help me on this journey. The worksheets that were provided were really useful and helped me clarify what my strengths are and also challenge any limiting beliefs I was firmly holding on to. Working with Sandie has had a hugely positive impact on my life. I was at a real crossroads regarding my career when I first went to see her and was feeling pretty hopeless and stuck in a rut. Sandie gave me a framework and structure and helped me to see a path forward. She supported and coached me through the process of making some life changing decisions. Most importantly she empowered me to find the confidence and self belief to start my own business. She is an incredibly gentle and nurturing coach who has a lot of empathy and compassion and does not try to push you into action, instead she helps you to find your own way through and is super supportive every step of the way. Her insights really helped me to see things from a different perspective, every session there would be at least one reflection she made which made me stop and see something differently.
I would highly recommend Sandie to anyone who feels like they need some support to lead a happier and more fulfilled life and to realise their potential.
