I am suffering from incredible joint pain due to an autoimmune disorder. After several attempts with various companies, I moved house and found Rob at Heybridge Holistics. He has literally worked a miracle on my muscles and intense pain. After four sessions with Rob, I can honestly say, for the first time in two years, I have found the perfect man for the job. It took a few sessions to loosen my chronically tense and painful body to get some relief, but after my last treatment, I managed to sleep for about 12 solid hours, and woke up (expecting to haul my legs out of bed with my hands), when I realised it could do it naturally! I walked WITHOUT pain and managed to get down my stairs without even using any aids at all. I was so amazed, I texted Rob immediately, as he deserves a medal for his talent.
He is extremely professional, punctual, understanding and knowledgeable. I never write reviews, as a rule, but Rob deserves this praise/review, because he has practically taken away my chronic pain: especially concerning my knees and thighs that have been hurting for so, so long.
I would recommend that anyone looking for the best masseuse in the Maldon area, to look no further and visit him at Heybridge Holistics and trust in him that he will - and CAN - work miracles!

First time for myself having a deep tissue massage.
Rob was very good at getting a good understanding of where my problematic areas are and explained how these areas work and what the muscles are called.
Extremely professional and he really made a big difference in my aches and pains. I will definitely be going back.
Very clean with excellent communication great price for the massage.
I would 100 percent recommend Heybridge Holistics.

I can thoroughly recommend Rob for deep tissue massage, I have a regular 2 hour session. As a chartered physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal problems, I find Rob has a very professional manor and an excellent level of clinical knowledge

I was at Rob’s house for a relaxing massage ,the room was wonderful,relaxing music,exactly the same smell of spa and good vibes.Rob’s hands makes miracles,he relax all my muscles and took all my tiredness.
Conversation was easy with Rob and he gave me good advice for what to do after the treatment.
I ‘ll recomand Rob with all my heart when you want to spoil your self for a profesional relax.
