Tracey of Here For U is a terrific counsellor. She enabled me to see through the issues that I had and helped me realise that I had rights and choices and showed me how to use both. She helped me come out of a place where I was extremely anxious and depressed to where I am now - I hardly ever feel those bad feelings but whenever I do I can use the techniques that Tracey taught me to calm things down. Thank you Tracey!
