I have to say this was the best decision of my life to come and speak to Steve proctor. He helped me process my emotions in a brilliant and practical way because I had had a traumatic experience with eye surgery, which left me feeling very anxious and let down. I cannot recommend Henry and the team enough. If you read my other reviews you will see that I am very honest and straight talking.
I know that there’s an unfortunate stigma with
seeking help with your mental health. Please don’t waste a second moment doing this. It’s a strength to reach out for help. Feel free to share my review, it might just give someone else the extra motivation and confidence to improve themselves and the quality of their life!

Henry is a truly gifted counsellor and i genuinely believe meeting and working with him has changed my life. It is hard to find someone that you can open yourself up to
when you don't understand yourself. Henry welcomes you like an old friend and makes you feel safe and relaxed. His experience and techniques helped me immediately deal with trauma. He then went on to help me with so many other situations that had affected me through my life, that I had locked away and never dealt with. 2 Words......LIFE CHANGING! I've really struggled with anxiety and stress all my life and being quite the sceptic, having had counselling before was not convinced that it would help me. I've been seeing Henry for a few years now and have gone from weekly sessions to 4 monthly. He has helped me develop coping skills with his techniques and is one of the kindest people I've ever met. I would highly recommend his services one hundred percent! He pulled me out of the dark, torturous vortex I had been stuck in for most of my life due to many traumas.
