I have had three small procedures at this clinic and have found that not only are the staff very welcoming, also the atmosphere on entry is calming and reassuring.
Each time the Doctor and the Sister working alongside him made me feel very relaxed and were most attentive, explaining thoroughly what was happening every step of the way.
I have been very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to go back again.

Had a small procedure here to close up a hole in my ear lobe.
Amazing outcome, you would never have known i had a procedure done. Dr. Unwin was very friendly and professional throughout the procedure, hes a quirky character. They offer many procedures including Ear piercing. All the staff are lovely, going above and beyond to help.

Pretty disappointing experience. Don't reply to emails. Was offered a date for an appointment. I agreed to a date and sent 3 subsequent emails for confirmation but never heard anything.
