I visited Hemel Osteophatic practice recently for treatment, I was suffering with sciatica down my right leg and it was very painful to straighten.
Sam diagnosed that problem originated in my lower spine and within 3 sessions the pain has gone and my leg no longer hurts.

I recently had some sciatica problems after playing golf. I decided to use this Practice after seeing the great Google reviews. Sam was very thourough in the original assessement and explained everything in detail. After 3 sessions of treatment and some exercises she suggested, my back is now much better. I was recommended to see Sam by an orthopaedic consultant after suffering back, neck and shoulder injuries 2 years ago in a car accident. I have had many physio appointments but had very little improvement so was wary about trying someone or something else but I needn't have worried. From the very first appointment, Sam was tackling all my aches and pains (and there were a lot ) and always makes my life a little easier after every treatment. I just wished I had known about her sooner !
