We had a very positive experience at Help in Hearing in Henley this week when getting a hearing assessment.
I accompanied a family member who has a brain injury and finds it difficult to concentrate and follow instructions despite their very best efforts. Bryan was brilliant in finding ways to ensure he was able to get the feedback and responses he needed to gauge the level of hearing ability. My family member came away feeling reassured, as did I.
Kinga has also been outstanding; from when I first called to book the appointment and grasping the potential challenges a hearing test may throw up, through to greeting and welcoming us in the day. A great experience.

Very professional & friendly service. I was apprehensive about having Microsuction after a bad experience at the RBH but Kinga was so welcoming and friendly answering all my questions and concerns. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt at ease straightaway.
Bryan Venters the audiologist is such a nice man, calm and reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly alleviating my worries. The procedure was painless and it was a relief to finally hear again.
I highly recommend this clinic and wouldn’t go anywhere else, the level of service is exceptional.
