I visited the Centre having severely strained my lower back.

Val was very friendly & provided a relaxing & effective massage. The result is the pain has eased considerably with, after 3 days, an occasional twinge.

I managed to get an appointment with Katie this morning during my stay at close house playing golf for 3 days.
She is absolutely amazing and realised that I needed a soft massage rather than a deep tissue massage.
Felt amazing after the massage and back amazing all day at golf. No pain all day
Will def be back in touch next time we are down golfing.
