I have had a phobia about spiders for almost all my life, after a particularly horrific experience it spiralled out of control. I hadn’t slept for days and it was taking over my life and so I took the decision to actually do something about it! Heather helped my young daughter with anxiety. She has a very friendly, relaxed manor and quickly made her feel at ease during the appointment. Heather listened to the issues with patience and empathy and explained how the body and mind react to situations in an easy to understand way.
