Heather is a wonderful therapist. I book in for reiki with her. She holds the space for you to work through what resistance comes up. The treatment is relaxing and I always leave feeling so much lighter and much happier. Would highly recommend her and I send all my family and friends to her when they are stuck spiritually, mentally and physically.

Wow! Heather has magic hands!
She really took the time to listen to me and made me feel at ease. She mixed a fabulous blend of oils for my massage, which left me floating on air for days. I went in with a very stiff jaw, which is where I hold my tension and she worked a minor miracle on it. This truly was the best massage I have had and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heather. I intend to make this a regular part of my self care.

I was visiting Harrogate, and travel and other longstanding issues had made my neck and back very sore. A friend suggested I visit Heather.
First impressions were great - Heather was so welcoming and empathetic and her therapy space is bright, cheerful, and sparklingly clean. She gave me an amazing massage that did me more good (and the good effects lasted longer) than the physiotherapy I schedule every month. I think it was a mix of brilliant technique and healing hands.

I started to see Heather regularly for Reiki to help with my overwhelming anxiety about a year ago. She is a great and wise listener who has given me tools to help me get my anxiety under control. Interestingly the regular sessions have also helped me in other areas of my life that I didn’t originally seek help for. She has helped me grow in ways I didn’t think possible. I had a first ever experience of reiki yesterday with Heather. She quickly put me at ease as we talked before my treatment asking insightful questions and listening very deeply. Very quickly I felt she had a true understanding of my long standing and distressing physical symptoms. I felt very relaxed and comfortable by the time Heather began my reiki treatment. After this she gave me some really useful feedback and suggestions for ways that I might want to go forward. I left feeling nurtured and significantly healthier emotionally and physically. I am 'doing my homework' and am about to book a follow up session. Heather is both wise and gifted ad a therapist/healer. I am delighted to have found her.

Heather is amazing, I’ve been seeing her for many years now as I suffer with knots and tightness in my back and shoulders in particular. She is very knowledgeable and manages to relieve all the tightness and pain with a wonderful deep tissue massage without being heavy handed. For various reasons I have visited other therapists over the years but Heather has always stood out as the best for me. She is always professional, has a very approachable manner and has become a good friend over the years.
