I have been seeing Sophie now for well over a year and cannot recommend her services highly enough.
I visited initially as I was intrigued to try reflexology for the first time and was immediately put at ease by Sophie's friendly manner and the tranquil setting of her garden studio.
The treatment included an incredibly relaxing foot bath, followed by the massage which, as well as relieving all the aches and pains in my feet, left me with an overall feeling of calmness and well-being.
Whilst initially sceptical, I have also received several reiki treatment sessions and would not hesitate to recommend the health benefits of these as well.

Sophie is outstanding. Being a teacher and on my feet all day, booking Sophie in for some reflexology on the first day of the summer holidays was perfect. Her treatment room is calming and serene and the Nathalie Bonds products she uses smell divine! From start to finish the experience was all about me, making me feel relaxed with refreshments and friendly conversation. She explained all aspects of the treatment with expert knowledge. The foot bath was a lovely way to unwind at the beginning of the session. I highly recommend, it’s the perfect way to rebalance and unwind. Will definitely be booking in every school holiday!! As a newcomer to reflexology I didn’t know what to expect but had heard great things about its benefits and was directed to HEALyou by a friend, so decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Sophie was warm and welcoming and I felt instantly at ease when walking into the beautiful studio. I absolutely loved the HEALyou reflexology treatment and felt light as a feather at the end of my session. It was as though my stresses and strains had melted away. I would highly recommend HEALyou and can’t wait to book in my next session.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I had a meditation, this was my first time, and I was pleasantly surprised how much I was able to relax. It felt so good to take some time for myself. I also had reflexology, this wonderful treatment left me feeling very blissful and relaxed. Beautiful calming space which instantly relaxes you and takes you away from the busyness of everyday life! I was lucky enough to have a holistic facial from Sophie and it did not disappoint! Sophie's treatments are delivered in a beautifully serene room decorated in natural tones. She has a warm and sensitive approach, carefully taking time to discuss whole-body/mind health before starting her work. She set the scene and then expertly guided me through her techniques.
