Would highly recommend. A safe and welcoming environment where people are friendly, polite and professional. Rooms and the waiting area are always well-kept. An ideal place to speak openly and freely.

Wouldn't recommend went for a therapy session once which was ok but because I had a migraine and had gave less than 24 hours notice was told I couldn't book another appointment which wasn't very helpful when most places just ask you to pay for the missed session.

I have just finished 30 sessions here, after seeing Tracey. I've always been sceptical about having any kind of therapy because I've had a somewhat difficult life so nothing has ever helped. Till now. Till meeting Tracey at Health Wise Leeds. The most amazing, caring person I've ever met. Not once did I feel judged or belittled like I have in the past. I felt like I could fully open up for the first time in my life. Which I did. And it's given me a whole new lease of life. It's pretty scary feeling like I am now going it alone. That I won't have someone to talk to on a Friday afternoon about my week! But it doesn't seem so impossible now, whereas before it really did. I had trouble handling the whole day, now... I have made plans for the future. The progress made has been amazing and I'll never ever forget what Tracey has done for me. I would highly recommend this place! The rooms are lovely too. Very comfortable and relaxing. They don't feel clinical or anything medical. Just a nice relaxing room. It's brilliant. Anyone needing any CBT or anything definitely should come here! Thank you all so much.

I have been attending for therapy for 4 months and I am really happy with the support and environment. Care is taken to make the spaces safe and comfortable and fit for purpose. Also the professionalism of the therapy services are excellent.
