I have been going to Dan’s classes since summer 2021 and can highly recommend his knowledgeable holistic but varied class style. He focusses on movement and strength, offering bespoke adaptive instructions. I always feel worked out!

I’ve been benefiting from Dan’s wisdom for a few years now. His understanding of human health is fantastic; he gently but expertly guides. I particularly enjoy (yes, enjoy) the high intensity classes and notice strength and flexibility gains from them. Small, friendly, catering for mixed ability - and in a beautiful place. Dan creates HIIT workouts for the group who has book in - he adjusts the exercises based on our aches and pains - his classes are a really pleasant environment where we work to our abilities and feel the gain after!!!
