Ellen has magical healing powers! I train everyday doing CrossFit, I came to Ellen because my back was hurting and I couldn’t lift the weights that are normally easy. After two sessions I was fixed. She adjusts you with incredible chiropractic precision and she also massages you and does dry needling. She has given me incredible health advice as well. Calling her a chiropractor doesn’t do her justice as she is so much more. Without a doubt she’s the best chiropractor, sports therapist, and rehab specialist I’ve ever been to. She’s the best and the only Health Doctor.

Dr. Elle is extremely professional and clearly knows her stuff.
The sessions begin by aligning goals and Dr. Elle working with you to figure out how to get there. I had some tightness and overall bad posture from years of studying at desks that were too low. Over the course of many sessions we managed to improve my posture and release any tension I had between my shoulder blades to my neck.
If you’re also uneasy about the idea of Chiropractic; like myself, then Dr. Elle will put you at ease.

Dr Elle is so nice! She was very patient with me, as I was initially a bit squeamish - I had not had any adjustments before.
I don't have regular care due to living too far away but I always feel a reduction of stress and tension in my neck and back after her treatment. I also feel less tension in my knee when running. Dr Elle says that this is due to always sitting cross-legged, leading to unbalanced hips.
I am young and athletic, it really isn't necessary to be in pain or with noticeably reduced mobility to realise the benefits of her targeted adjustments.
