Having experienced a very short Reiki healing from a Reiki Master while on holiday in Spain, after returning home I decided to research the possibility of experiencing and learning more about this healing and possibly undertaking a course. My research led me to Healing Your Soul and Arthi Jayaraj in Chesham with whom I have now experienced a person-to-person healing and a second remote healing. Even remotely Arthi was able to tell me where I needed healing the most without my suggesting. On both occasions I could feel the warmth and felt truly relaxed after, sleeping well and much less stressed. She has a very great gift. I hope to continue and undertake the first Level 1 Reiki course with Arthi this autumn. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Having experienced a few lovely Reiki sessions with Arthi I wanted to discover more about the healing and perhaps be able to carry out a treatment myself. I therefore booked a Reiki Level One day course with Arthi. It was a fascinating day taken at a relaxed pace, I learnt a lot and at the end was able to carry out a short healing myself. Am planning to move up to Level Two in the New Year. Arthi is an excellent 'teacher' and I am very happy to recommend her. My course was on a one-to-one basis but Arhti will also undertake a course for a small group.

My friend introduced me to Arthi to take Reiki treatment when I went through mental stress due to tight work schedule, MBA studies and family. Although I did not believe in this treatment in the beginning, I have had a intro Reiki sessions with Arthi and it has been very beneficial. After the treatment, I felt a great sense of calm and overall happiness that lasted a few days. It was an amazing feeling after months of anxiety and general negative mindset. I thought I would do one session only but since it helped be so much I had few online sessions as well. During my online session Arthi helped me to recover from bizarre eye irritation and tiredness. . I would really recommend Reiki as a treatment and Arthi as an excellent practitioner.
