I have done a number of training sessions with Julie from my Reiki level one two and masters, mindfulness and meditation and also my Indian head massage courses. These have all been exceptional and Julie is an amazing teacher ,completing these courses have had a huge positive impact on my life and future developments and where I want to take things forward to and I can’t thank Julie enough for her help and support. I look Forward to more courses to enhance in my skills, confidence and journey that’s I’m on I’ve start looking at a few treatments too. And looks at going on a retreat in future .Would highly recommend Julie as a teacher and mentor but For all her treatments too. if you’ve ever wanted to attend a gong bath and you haven’t then please do Julie and Jay’s are incredible and the floating gong baths are something that you will only ever experience with them its magical

I’ve just spent three amazing days in the company of Julie and Jae at the Ascension Retreat. My life has been more than a little hectic, chaotic and stressful over the last few months and as a carer I have sometimes lost sight of my own skills and abilities. The floating pool sound bath was wonderful. It was so different to anything I have experienced before. The floating chairs were very supportive and with my eyes shut it felt like I was alone floating in a tropical river surrounded by strange but relaxing sounds.
Even though there were others in the pool I didn't really notice even though we brushed against one another occasionally. It almost felt I was in a safe relaxing womb like place hearing the sounds outside my bubble.
Definitely recommend the experience.

Truly amazing. Julie is fantastic and I would recommend healing possibilities to anyone! A healing with Julie is fantastic, helped me understand things a lot better and massively improved my outlook and way of looking at things. By helping me develop ways to share and protect my energy while focussing on myself as well has made me so much more positive and made me much more aware of my energy and how to have a better mindset when it may not be so easy. The other events Julie hosts such as gong baths are surreal experiences words cannot describe and you don't need to be a massively spiritual person to benefit from this so give it a try! The healing pod is amazing and such a calm and tranquil environment which aids the healing Julie provides with her wealth of knowledge. Her classes are also extremely interesting and something I'm going to look into more.
