Although I'm an outgoing and confident person, there are still times I suffer from anxiety, depression and lack of trust. I 've finished a course at Headscape. TBH I wasn't sure if counselling would be for me. I want others to know, I shouldn't have worried. Leana is so easy to open up too and rather than feeling like an intrusion, I just felt lighter after every session. I feel like I've got me back.
