I can't explain how amazing this therapy actually is. I feel wonderful on leaving the group last night, we were taken on a beautiful journey of self healing. I recommend it to anyone who is curious about the wonderful world of hypnotherapy/ reiki/mindfulness/guided meditation. Rachael is incredible at what she does!

I attended the group hypno-reiki session and i have never felt so calm and relaxed. I was struggling with lots of joint pain and by the end of the session my pain was nonexistent. For the first time in a long time i have woken up with minimal pain and so much energy, I would highly recommend the session. Thank you so much Rachael

I have always been intrigued by Reiki but always questioned it. This all changed after one session with Rachael. She is a warm and caring practitioner who spends time discussing your session with you before and gives you actions to follow up with after. She has a perfect approach to balancing the mind and emotions. Rachael very kindly offered to help me after she found out I was struggling with "self love" its somthing I have always struggled with but never done anything about it , Rachael very kindly offered her help and I can honestly say the script she sent me is amazing , her voice and tone really helped me to relax , i have now listened to her recording quite a few times and honestly it has helped me , I'm now thinking about things differently I now dont blame myself for everything not everything is my fault , i am starting to grow, so many thanks rachael i will definitely be passing your name on , thank you again

I have recently had some Reiki treatment with Racheal.I found it most beneficial as I have cervical spondylosis and a back problem which prevents me from sleeping.Since my treatment my sleeping and discomfort has improved and I have been more relaxed in general.I found the treatment experience very relaxing and stress relieving and would advise anyone to call Racheal for a chat and to arrange a treatment.
