Right from the initial consultation I felt valued and listened to. Sam did a thorough assessment of my knee issue. He showed great empathy with my frustration to not be able to do the sport I love, but was also very open and honest about my injury. After a few sessions the pain had subsided, the damage will not repair but he has written me a great programme to now build up the strength of my knee which should allow me to return to my sport. Thanks Sam, not only a great improvement in my physical health but a big boost to my mental health too. I highly recommend Sam and Head2Toe physio clinic. I attended both Leatherhead and Dorking clinics and both were accessible, clean and well equipped! I will be recommending them to all my friends!!

It may seem expensive but Head physio reallty knows his stuff. I had excruciating back spasms. One day after seeing him and doing ten minutes of exercises, and I had no spasms at all, was walking much straighter and had gone some distance to correcting mild spondilitis. Brilliant.

I cannot recommend Head2toe enough! I have seen Sam, Evie and Anna, and all three are incredibly friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Unfortunately I have had more injuries than I would have liked over the past year, but I am certain that I would not have bounced back from these injuries without their expert assistance.

I would also give a particular shout out to Evie who has dealt with me for over a year now. She assisted me on an ongoing basis with my successful recovery from an ACL injury, and somehow kept me positive and made physio sessions an enjoyable experience!

Really excellent first consultation has made me realise why it is so important to see an expert as opposed to self diagnosis. Alex is a true professional and although a young guy really engages with you and understands what the issue is rather than just jumping on what you say and shouting that's it , he goes further to understand the cause and then finds the solution. Really good.

Was greeted by Sam having been referred from work for a back problem. The root cause was identified with a comprehensive history taken and physical symptoms investigated. I was given the explanation of how a plan of treatment would help and the rough time scale of recovery I could expect. I was left feeling informed and reassured.
